In the morning we bought 1,7kg fresh fish from a local fisherman.

At 10.45h we left Vathi, again there was nearly no wind so our engine had to help us out.

First we docked at the harbour of Mechalogori on Angistri to do some grocery shopping.

After shopping we left the harbour to go to a nice bay.

We anchored in a bay in the south of Angistri, opposite of Dorousa island.

Of course we swam a lot.

In the evening Diane and Elvira prepared a delicious fish-diner.

In the morning we left the quay at Poros immediately,

we anchored in Russian bay to have breakfast and a morning swim.

At 11.00h we set course for Vathi on Methana.

There was no wind, so we motored the entire trip.

At 14.10h we arrived at the small harbour of Vathi.

There are only 15 spots at the quay, so you have to arrive early.

Mooring fee : 10 € incl.water and electricity.

We called a taxi to get us to the start of the walk to the volcano.

5 € pro person.

The walk is in a very beautiful scenery, and the views are magnificent.

It takes ca.1 hour total walking time.

At night we had a nice diner with view on our boat at the Vathi taverna.

After a morning swim and some breakfast we left the anchorage at 10.20h.

There wasn’t much wind, so we didn’t bother to hoist the sails and motored along to Poros.

At 14.30h we anchored in Monastery bay in Poros, for a swim and some lunch.

We went to Poros harbour around 17.00h. 

We moored at the North quay , opposite of the Poseidon taverna.

Mooring fee: 10€ incl. electricity.

At night we had a wonderful dinner at Poseidon.

After filling up the boat with diesel (93 l) we left Nafplion at 10.40h.

Today we had an easy downwind trip, the second part of the trip we did a nice broad reach sail.

At 15.45h we anchored in a bay under the islet of Khinitsa, closely to Porto Cheli.

After a swim in the crystal blue water, we decided to stay here overnight.

In the evening we had a very nice dinner on board.

Today it’s a short trip.

We left Astros at 10.00h and motored across the Argolic gulf to Nafplion.

Around noon we moored on the quay in Nafplion.

Nafplion is a beautiful city, we explored the old centre and some of us climbed the almost thousand steps to the Venetian castle on top of the mountain above Nafplion.

At night we had a fine meal at the Wild Duck.

Despite of the bad weather we're gonna leave Spetses.

At 10.00h we left the harbour  of Baltiza.

It was a very rainy trip, we motorsailed our way across the Argolic gulf.

At 13.50h we arrived in the harbour of Paralia Astros on the Peloponnese.

There are about 10 sailingyachts moored here.

First we had a nice meal on board and afterwards we took a walk through the village.

At night we visited the Batis taverna for an authentic and tasteful Greek dinner.

Due to the uncertain path of Medicane Ianos, we stayed safe in the harbour of Baltiza on Spetses.

We had a lazy day of walking and drinking coffee and most of us took a swim in the sea.

Luckily it turned out that the storm wouldn't reach the Argolic gulf.

At night we had a very fine dinner at the Mourayo taverna.

Just before daybreak we left Milos at 6.30h.

We're gonna leave the Cyclades because Medicane Ianos is heading for Greece.

Normally we'll find better shelter on the Peloponnese/Saronic.

After a very long trip of motorsailing we arrived in Or. Baltiza in Spetses at 18.00h.

We were lucky to find the last spot in the well sheltered inner harbour.

At night we had a very tasteful spaghetti dinner on board.

Today we rented some scooters (25 € pro scooter) at Safari rental.

We explored Milos, its a very beautiful island.

It's really worth a day trip. 

We have got a severe weather alert! Medicane Ianos is heading for Greece.

So we gonna get out of the Cyclades and head for the Peloponnese and the Saronic islands, in hope to find better shelter for the upcoming storm.
